"I accidentally set my phone on speakerphone. Can you help me with it" A woman in her late 40 enters our store.
I looked up at her, and smiled. I walked over to the counter and reached my over to grab the phone. The woman handed me her pink Motorola V3 RAZR phone. I took a quick glance at the phone, and immediately confirmed that it is a Verizon phone.

It all started when I check my online bank statement that I realized I had a balance of over $8000 on my business credit card. I almost fainted since I am certain that I have never used that credit card since I received the card 3 years ago from Bank of America.
